Shipping time for will vary depending on shipping address and chosen speed, but in general US orders should take 2-7 business days.

Shipping to Canada generally takes less than 15 business days.

Shipping to European, UK and other international addresses take between 7 - 15 business days. In some rare cases, it can take up to 21 business days for international orders.

Our products are uniquely handcrafted per order, making them non-refundable and ineligible for returns or exchanges.

To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a mockup service. You can preview a digital mockup of your items design before production, giving you confidence in your choice.

We're committed to our customers' happiness. Every purchase includes a 30-day warranty. If your item arrives with a fault or develops one that is not from user error within this period, we'll replace it free of charge.

 All items are handmade-to-order, and require 2-5 business days for production (time period before shipping). Orders of 5+ banners may need a bit more time.

Personalization options vary for each item in our store. Generally, you can choose the fabric and text color. Depending on the item, you may customize one or two lines of text, and some products allow for longer quotes or more lines of text.

While some materials are globally sourced, all customization and printing are expertly completed in our North Carolina facility, ensuring a blend of international quality and American craftsmanship.
