Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all US states and Canada. International shipping will be enabled soon.

Shipping methods we use:

We use FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS for all orders within the US or orders shipped from the US. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

US shipping is $0.00

Canada shipping is $5

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping time for US orders will vary depending on shipping address and speed, but in general should take 2-7 business days.

Shipping to Canada generally takes less than 15 business days.

We use Stripe to process all payments making payment easy and secure. This means we accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay (when using Chrome)
  • Klarna (Flexible payments)
  • Link

All products are unique and hand produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please use our mockup service if you want to preview what your item will look like before we make it. We will then send you over a digital mockup of your item(s). This gives you piece of mind and ensures you get exactly what you want!

We believe in doing right by our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For this reason all items come with a 30 day warranty. If any items arrive faulty, or a fault arises within those 30 days, then we will provide you a replacement at no cost to you.

We are not responsible for incorrectly provided customer information that results in lost or misdirected shipments. You are also responsible for all personalization information that you supply us with, including spelling. We use your text and/or photos exactly as you give them to us.

We also run an Etsy store, which can accessed here.

Our aim with designing this website was to make everything as easy as possible. Simply browse the product categories in the main menu, or use the search function to find the product that you’re interested in.

For non-personalized items you simply need to select the options (if any) and add to cart, then checkout.

For personalized items, you either need to provide your info in the personalization fields on the product page, or for some items, you’ll receive an email after ordering allowing you to personalise your item.

Yes!

We use HTTPS on all pages on our store, this means everything you do on our site is encrypted by default. This doesn’t just mean payment info, all info entered on our store is fully encrypted and secure.

We use Stripe as our payment provider. Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.

This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Both makethisyou.com and Stripe force HTTPS to ensure that your payment data is transmitted safely.

Your payment information is sent directly from your browser to Stripe and never touches our servers.

As all the items in our store are handmade to order, we require a few days to make your order.

Production time is between 2-5 business days for all order, large orders may require slightly more time.

Yes!

Please use our mockup service if you want to preview what your item will look like before we make it. We will then send you over a digital mockup of your items. This gives you piece of mind and ensures you get exactly what you want!

Simply add the mockup service to your cart (along with the item(s) that you want to see mocked up) and we’ll send you over a mockup before we make your order. Only one mockup service is required per order. Please note that the mockup service is non-refundable even if you cancel your order.
